Paul Ventresca brings to his real estate practice an impressive range of experience and skills. As a third-generation property investor and landlord, Paul’s innate appreciation for real estate as a wealth-building vehicle makes him a valuable advisor for a broad range of clients. In his 15+ years of working in financial services and asset management—including roles at Bain Capital and State Street—Paul excelled in projects related to fund financials, investment performance, and data management. This experience is invaluable when evaluating investment opportunities with clients. In this work, as in his real estate practice, Paul enjoys working face-to-face with clients, understanding their pain points, and finding solutions to their problems.

In addition to the satisfaction Paul finds in assisting clients, he is fueled by his great interest in architecture and considers himself fortunate to be working in the greater Boston area, with its historic neighborhoods, diverse housing stock, and range of styles.

Paul is an enthusiastic learner. Beyond his MBA and MS in Information Technology from UMass Boston, he holds multiple patents, is a private aircraft pilot, an avid sailor, and a dedicated student of German. In his free time, Paul enjoys skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, and traveling internationally with his fiancée, Stephanie. He is dedicated to seeking out new experiences and expanding his knowledge to enhance both his personal and professional life.
