Austyn was raised in the coastal town of Branford, Connecticut, in a family of entrepreneurs that instilled in her the values of hard work, discipline, and a quest for achievement. Her discipline, competitive spirit, and drive were evident from a young age as she pursued voice studies, competitive singing, athletics, and theater, all of which laid the foundation for her boundless energy, curiosity, and persistence. Now, as a seasoned home buyer, landlord, and real estate investor, Austyn brings not only those qualities but also a wealth of personal experience to her role, offering invaluable insights to her clients. 

Austyn graduated from Roger Williams University with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing and honed her skills in high-touch service industries, including hospitality and insurance client services. 

Following college, Austyn moved to the Boston area and now calls Quincy home. Outside of real estate, she can be found practicing yoga, spinning, or boxing; her dedication to physical wellness mirrors the discipline and focus she brings to her professional endeavors. Austyn treasures time spent outdoors, particularly near water, and especially values time with family and friends. Alongside her husband, Tim, she finds joy in the companionship of their Australian Shepherd Gunner and their golden retriever Harbor.
